Requirements:
- Create purchase orders based on purchase requisitions received and send the purchase orders to the vendor
- Verifying receipt of goods from vendors and process the receiving documents in the accounting software
- Physically maintaining the inventory for the department and/or office location
- Assist in researching variances between vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Enter inventory tracking sheet information into the software to reconcile the physical inventory

- Maintain regulatory standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Receive requests for equipment and materials (RFEM) and place orders after confirming equipment has been billed (installation coordinator only)
- Track and relay the status of orders to the Project Managers (PM). Stage and label jobs for Project Managers. (installation coordinator only)

Training and Certification Requirements:
- Experience in businesses such as logistics, purchasing, warehouse and/or operations preferred
- Possess excellent attention to details and must be able to perform tasks accurately

- Possess very strong skills in organization, and be able to prioritize tasks and choose the most important duties to complete first
- Possess good knowledge of office procedures and administration

Fire Suppression Installation Technician

Fire Sprinkler Inspector
The Fire Sprinkler Service Inspector is responsible for conducting fire sprinkler inspections per NFPA 25 and NFPA 72 (when applicable) for all of DynaFire's clients and national accounts.

Construction Department Financial Analyst
Analyzes project financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying job costing data for all active projects.

Fire Sprinkler Designer
Primary guideline for this position is to design fire sprinkler new construction, tenant finish, and renovations projects. Design, engineer, and create shop drawings for fire sprinkler projects by interpreting contract drawings, specifications, construction hand-off documents from sales, Florida Fire Prevention Codes/Statutes, and any project meetings.

- Fluent with Fire pump controllers, Back-Flows, Dry Systems, Wet Systems, Alarm devices, and produce trouble shooting ability.
- Have the ability to multi-task and interact well with customers and support staff.
- Posses proficient office and time management skills while under pressure.
- Proficient in AutoCad and HydraCAD software to ensure efficient and accurate production of shop drawings and as-builts, along with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Fire Sprinkler Construction Foreman
Responsible for the success related to the alteration of existing fire sprinkler systems and/or installation of new fire sprinkler systems.
